Refund Eligibility
Rental Accounts: Refunds for rented accounts are only available if the account is non-functional, inaccessible, or does not match the description provided at the time of rental. Purchased Accounts: Refunds for purchased accounts are available only if the account is inaccessible or has undisclosed issues. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Note: Refunds will not be granted for misuse of accounts, failure to follow provided instructions, or if you’ve already used the account for your intended purpose (e.g., downloading or playing a game).
Non-Refundable Items
We do not provide refunds for: Completed rentals where the account functioned as expected. Purchased accounts that have been altered or modified after delivery. Any issues caused by violations of PSN terms of service on your part.
Refund Process
